Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization install and upgrade computer components and software.
• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
• Installing, updating, upgrading, and configuring client computer systems.• Managing and handling Microsoft products and different pc operating systems (Windows 7, 8, and 10), Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for applications, end-user hardware, and software needs.• Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring network security.
• Managing security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop and laptop devices.

Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed

Installing fiber optic cable and other networking equipment in new construction projects

Diagnosing network problems such as signal loss due to interference or faulty wiring

Testing and repairing telephone lines, including repairing broken cables or wires and replacing defective equipment such as jacks or modems

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks, including LANs (local area networks) and WANs (wide area networks)

Setting up networks using routers, switches, firewalls, modems, or other hardware devices

Designing and installing new wireless networks, such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or LTE networks for mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets

Installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, computers, and other hardware

-Aeronautical Telecom Systems ( VSAT, VHF, HF, VCCS, AFTN, MCDR).
-Radio Navigation Systems ( VOR/DME, ILS).
-Surveillance Systems (RADAR, ADS-B).
-Air Traffic Management System, Meteorology and UPS.

• Perform inspections of all equipment in the tower
• Perform routine maintenance or repair work on equipment
• Repair antennas
• Maintain existing tower equipment
• Install, maintain, or repair transmission lines
• Work with other technicians to install, maintain, or repair towers
• Install and repair fiber optic cables, internet lines, and telephone lines
• Keep records of work orders and jobs that have been completed.
• Perform inspections on the infrastructure of the tower to identify problems that could lead to injury while working.
• Repairing broken parts such as transmitters or antennas
• Responsible for organizing tools and maintaining them
• Assist with cleaning up sites
• Inspect safety equipment
• Ability to work with a full-body harness
• Work with radio equipment
• Upgrade cell towers
• Working with security equipment
• Installing coaxial cables
• Complete reports related to the task
