Responsible for providing L2 administrator support for Exchange & Active Directory.

•Administration, Support and Monitoring of exchange online mailboxes.
•Responsible for migrating infrastructure on AWS cloud.
•Responsible for migrating mailboxes on Office365.
•Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance of IT Systems. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security Managing the installation and configuration of network.
• Set policies, procedures, guidelines & standards to ensure network stability and security.
•Experienced in connecting branch offices and individual users in remote locations to the corporate network.
•Responsible for installation, configuration, operate, troubleshoot and verification of connections to remote sites
Responsibilities
•Migration of system from WINDOWS XP TO WINDOWS 7 across Deutsche Bank India South.
•Monitoring and delivering Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•Working with Global Windows Engineering team, for resolving technical issues raised by Business SPOC /Leads after migration.
•Conducting trainings session for Administrator and staff.
•Windows maintenance, dual booting, upgrade & update the windows
•MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting
•Disk Management, partitions.
•Printer installation and troubleshooting.
•Antivirus update & virus protection.
•Scanner configuration & troubleshooting.
•Troubleshooting of hardware and O/S.
•Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing.
•TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance
