Duties and Responsibilites:
• Preparation of Master Baseline Schedule for the Project.
• Preparation of Extension of Time Claim.
• Update the schedule based on progress, on weekly basis.
• Provide reports on weekly progress, various KPIs, productivity, etc.
• Monitoring and controlling the activities in the Project.

Preparation of Master Baseline Schedule for various Projects.

Responsible for Co-ordination of MEP execution and other on-site co-ordination with Client and other Contractors.
Prepare the control schedules comprising of Material Submittal and Approval schedule, Shop Drawing Submittal and Approval schedule, Subcontractor Appointment schedule, Material Procurement schedule, Resource Histogram, Equipment Histogram, etc.
Feasibility studies for new Product lines.
Cost estimation and required modifications at the Plant.
Invitation of quotations from various suppliers.
Liaison with various suppliers for co-ordination of different machineries for the continuity from one supplier to that of other.
Preparation of drawings, space allocation at the plant for new Projects.
Providing basic needs for new lines such as power, water, fuel, compressed air, civil and structural needs, air conditioning of the area, etc.
Estimation and bidding for various projects with needful quotation enquiries.
Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings.
Preparation/Issue of necessary reports, certificates, letters, purchase orders, etc.
Preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance jobs.
Award of jobs to Contractors.
Trouble shooting for various errors.
Design and installation for various new machines/equipments.
Hold meetings with management & Contractors.
Continuous review of stock items.
Co-ordination between various Engineering and Non-Engineering departments, etc.
