- NORTH FIELD EXPANSION PROJECT-1 (Oil & Gas)
- Hamad International Airport Expansion (Phase 2) Western & Midfield Fuel Farm Facility Expansion.(Oil & Gas)

Major Responsibilities:-
 Review quality of materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications.
 Pre-pour Inspection of Critical Structures Such as Compressor Foundation, Vessel Foundations, Moment Beams, Pump Foundations etc.
 Coordinate with the consultant representative and site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closer of Non-Compliance Report
 Review the prequalification’s of the subcontractors as per project requirements and project specifications.
 Coordinate with third party for required tests on Sub-base, CTB & Asphalt such as CBR, Straight edge, and Core sampling etc.
 Coordinate with the client representative and site in charge for inspection.
 Inspection for conducting Pre-Pour and Post Pour Inspection.
 Report to QA QC manager, control and monitor all activities related to quality
 Inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawing, Method statements, technical specification and bills of quantities.
 Managing the workers on the site by giving them quality tool box to their respective job according to their skills in which they expert.

Project : New Orbital Highway and Truck Route, NOH3 (Contract-03)

Major Responsibilities:-
 QA & QC management and strategic implementation in accordance with QCS 2014.
 Following up the concreting works in presence of Engineer and Supervision Consultant.
 Witness with Supervision Consultant for utility Pipe laying, backfilling activities, field density test, air leakage test and checking calibration certificates.
 Review quality of materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications.
 Inspect Rebar and Formwork Fixing on site per design and shop drawings.
 Coordinate with the consultant representative and site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closer of Non-Compliance Report
 Inspection for conducting Pre-Pour and Post Pour Inspection.
 Report to QA QC manager, control and monitor all activities related to quality
 Inspection for casting of silos by using slip form
 Conduct Quality Training at Site as required

•Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
•Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmes
•Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
•Observance of safety requirements.
•Responsible for all site related activities including co-ordination with Owner, Consultant and Sub-Contractors etc.
•Quality control in accordance with method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans
•Liaising with supplier or procurement team to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
•Managing, monitoring and translating the designs into works on the site in an effective way.
•Working as per the schedules made before initializing the project.
•Driving the work force with the skill of good leadership..
•Calculating the quantities of concrete and steel
•Maintaining proper documentation of Site Works
•Attending site meetings for quality of structural work in progress
•Coordinating Architects and MEP Engineers etc.
•Managing teams of carpenters, steel fixers, masons, scaffolders etc.
•Following up the work progress on site
•Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule / sketches with the help of Draftsman
