- Present & sell ceramics and porcelain and building materials and services to current and potential clients.
- Maintain & establish professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Explore & bring in new sales opportunities and follow up on them.
- Plan, manage and implement sales actions to meet or exceed forecasted sales targets.
- Successfully address customer complaints and resolve problems
- Follow up on collection of payments.
- Manage two sales associates and supervise the sales process daily.
- Acting an active role in training and development of Associates.
- Responsible for driving sales of shop products by communicating and listening to customers and ensuring that they receive the highest standards of customer service.
- Working on the evaluation of the employees in the shop and preparing monthly reports about the general performance in addition to the sales targets percentages.
- Act as leader in customer service satisfaction and upholds the same standard to all Associates.
- Identifies need for materials and merchandise; identifies criteria and selects vendor to procure specific merchandise meeting identified criteria, such as price, quality, quantity, and delivery date, and places orders.
- Provides prompt support to store management in assisting with store promotions and visual merchandising
- Takes proactive role in establishing and carrying out all company policies including shrinkage control disciplines and programs
- Assists in distributing work assignments to Associates and ensures store maintenance, cleaning and appearance is up to company standards at all times
- Maintains store-level compliance with company standards of safety, security, facility maintenance, postings/notifications and other administrative duties.
