Implement and control the production schedule  Review and adjust the schedule where needed.  Determine the human resources required for plan on daily basis.  Determine the material resources availability prior the production.  Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.  Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.  Create and implement SOP for production operations, and ensure the SOP are followed.  Monitoring of the Quality standards of each product.  Determine and implement improvement to production processes.  Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.

Manages the day-to-day issues related to facilities and interact with end-users to tackle their concerns.
 Provides improvement schemes for operations efficiency and energy consumption
 Compares original engineering design parameters, including electrical/mechanical equipment systems, with current operating conditions to ensure compliance to original design intent and identifies areas of enhancement.
 Develops and pursue the daily buildings conditions inspection program and issue the required work permits.
 Participates in the implementation of a campus-wide Energy Conservation and other Sustainability Programs.
 Develops and monitors KPI’s for Energy and Sustainability Performance in Campus and Research & Technology Park.
 Working collaboratively with design Engineers, operation Engineers, and service provider.
 Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders (e.g. HSE, E&PM, and University Projects)
 Ensures safety compliance of all non-research activities.
 Troubleshooting and problem-solving of the systems.
 Conduct and Participate in Root Cause Analysis, (RCA) for all buildings management incidents and ensure the implementation of the findings.

To ensue, analyze and develop organization technical and management processes. To study processes efficiency and Generate SOPs, Process Development Reports, and batch records for future design analysis. To study department procedures and process maps to ensure performance excellence for all internal and external processes. Help and work with development team to implement sigma solutions, and oversee the application of lean systems across the organization.

Tasks:
• Provide technical oversight and expertise as required for operational departments.
• Display personal responsibility for individual as well as co-worker safety and maintaining safety as the highest priority by supporting and reinforcing procedures and policies.
• Design efficient and impactful experiments to maximize process learning and to meet process targets such as cost, specifications, and efficiency.
• Plan and implement the development of new processes in areas of research generally dealing with the life or physical sciences.
• Conduct internal audits for the factories based on SFDA and other Saudi Authorities requirements.
• Ensure the excellence of performance for all Technical and Management processes by reviewing all department manuals to ensure the conformance to our organization requirements and taking corrective action when necessary to correct problems and maintain stable performance.
• Improving processes and solving problems based on fundamental understanding gained through the use of the scientific method and DOE.
• Establish updated review on Process Maps for improvements to have a lean processes flow between departments on each company or between groups.
• Helping development team to apply focused improvement techniques.
• Produce Policies & Procedures for departments.
• Reducing defects on processes by eliminating root causes.
• Documenting experiment planning and process changes.
• Evaluate and improve unit operation scale-down models of the manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the development of project plans and execute schedules to meet promised deliverables.
• Determine what historical data are available on processes performance, or what data need to be collected to better understand the process.
• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing, engineering, and production personnel as required.
• Analyse process data using statistical tools (e.g. Pareto, Regression, Time Charting, Analysis of Variance, Gauge R&R, etc.).
• Develop documentation for each project and work with associated plant personnel based on department manager approval to implement it.

Proactively Monitor & Optimize Operations, through Innovative Techniques, to Ensure Quality Products, & Safe, Reliable, Environmentally Friendly, & Energy Efficient Plant Operations, Aiming to Maximize Corporate & Kingdom Benefits.

Tasks:
 Issue daily performance report and facilitate proper action plan to rectify any off target parameters.
 Generate the plant monthly balance report.
 Monitor the plant feed rate and composition and highlight major changes.
 Monitor customer’s intake and investigate any raised concerns.
 Support OME team in their daily activities
 Attend daily OME team meeting at during the daily conference calls.
 Evaluate equipment performance trends, and investigate trips and failures.
 Completed assigned EJR’s, studies, evaluation work and DBSP.
 Propose plant revenue improvement initiatives.
 Support department initiatives and studies
 Review area related Instruction Manuals.  Generate and submit necessary documentation for the area PZV.
 Review/submit area Safety suggestions and near-misses reports.
 Participate in the plant safety walkthrough.
 Contribute to plant behavior observation program.  Contribute to the development and implementation of the department reports, such as Operating plan, business plan, MIS, etc.
 Contribute to the assigned admin area best practice team.
 Coordinate the implementation of related Operational Excellence processes.
 Review and accommodate new technologies or software applications.
 Establish communication channels with other Saudi Aramco organizations (e.x. CSD, P&CSD, EPD etc..) to facilitate best practices that help optimizing operations.
