Design and manage Emirates NBD, Network Security services infrastructure. Manage a highly complex network security services environment while understanding the challenges of supporting a 24x7 operation. Liaise with internal and external security auditors to review audit finding, mitigate risk and secured bank infrastructure. Worked with internal risk team to addressed the vulnerabilities and risk findings.
Supporting Firewall, Proxy, Load balancer, VPN, TACACS and bit of routing and switching. Involved in engineering projects. Updating infrastructure diagram up to date, create KB articles for recurring issues, training team mates on firewall, LB etc.
Transitioned employee from Bank of America to HP. In additional to previous technical role I have been assigned to work as Team Lead for Bank Of America Security Operation team. Roles and responsibilities includes creating monthly schedules, creating RFC’s, generating weekly reports on individual basis, providing feedback to manager on each individual performance, attending change meetings for approvals, documenting new process and providing knowledge transfer on regular basis.

The product list consists of Juniper, bluecoat proxy, barracuda, trend micro, utimaco, skyrecon etc. My role is based on Pre and Post Sales. Pre-Sales involving tech chats with potential customers, presenting online demonstration of the above products, setting up evaluation kit remotely or onsite consultancy including skill transfer. Post Sales includes supporting existing SLA based clients and working along with different vendors to achieve target.
