Responsibilities:
• Responsible for review and approval of monthly IPC claimed in accordance of project progress with ongoing activities.
• Preparation of Pricing Packages and follow ups with budget allocations to finalize with Notice to Commence work orders.
• Review of claimed Variation Orders as per the change request & project design requirements in compliance with BOQ, Drawings & Specifications.

High rise buildings, Hotel and Residential High riseTowers, Housing, Shopping
Malls, Hospitals, Airports, Metro Rails, Infra Structures, Marine works, etc;
below are my area of expertise:
• Contract Management and administration at pre and post tender
stages.
• Commercial Management
• Procurement of subcontractors & vendors, negotiations and
settlement of disputes in compliance with project conditions of
contracts.
• Claims and variations; preparation, reviewing, recommending and
negotiations.
• Estimating and budget allocation for materials, plant and
equipments (Offshore & Onshore).
• Interim Valuations certifications, Value Engineering.
• Final Accounts follow up with Insurances, Guarantees & Warranties.
• Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Analysis, Cost advise.
• Documentation: preparation and review of Tender and contract
Documents.
• Taking off quantity Based on POMI, CESMM (familiar with
Infrastructure, Civil works, Structural, Architectural and MEP works,
Marine Works both Onshore and Offshore).
Construction of Marina and Infra Structure works to VIP areas -
Obhur, Jeddah
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prepration of contractor’s Interim Payment
Certificates, Claims in lieu with project contract requirements.
• Responsible to verify work progress based on daily/weekly/monthly
progress report charts.
• Set up of project budget and reporting process to Client and Project
Management.
• Accumulation of statistical progress and resources data on daily
basis.
• Responsible to monitor of Contractor’s project progress including
materials delivered on site, materials installed, labor resources
assigned, equipment resources utilized both onshore and offshore
activities.
• To update final quantities estimates based on actual progress data.
• Responsible for project development of budgets and cost at
completion.
• Project Risk analysis, Variation analysis and estimates, Value
Engineerings.
• Responsible to cost analysis of delays, any alternative means and
mitigation methods as required by Client.
Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Coordination with Project Management, Design Team and Onsite
Procurement & Planning tasks requirements.
• Preparation of Bid Packages cost control analysis of unit rates,
reviewing final developed construction designed documents,
specifications, follows certificates of insurances and performance
guarantees, warranties for various materials, plant & equipments,
etc;
• Identifies any change orders or addendums/revisions issued from
client/consultants to project activities particularly for long lead and
special items.
