o Preparing the Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) required for Data center operations as per standard and based on the equipment specifications.
o Managing the STC’s Maintenance program (TFM) by guiding the Maintenance contractor to improve the KPIs (PMR, Resources and Spare)
o Improve Management of Critical Environment Management and structured cabling across all Data Center and Technical buildings
o Monitored persistently all KPIs associated with Availability, Accessibility and Retain ability for CS & PS network.
