Check Clearing System (ECCS) and Complaint Management System (CMS), with more than 180

• Collaborated with three students and Samaritan Health Services to improve medical phone triage
workflow across two acute care hospitals, 3 critical access hospitals, and 80 primary care and
specialty physician clinics.
• Utilize root cause analysis to identify gaps in the system then propose improved process after
examining the existence process with statistical procedure and SWOT analysis.
