Steam Systems Division | Research and Development-Engineering
JOB PROFILE
* Execute projects related to Value Engineering, Lean Engineering, Reliability and Product Life Cycle Management particularly
in steam traps, pipeline ancillaries, condensate recovery systems (Skid), condensate pump and trap monitoring system.
* Create 3D Models, drawings, BOM (Bill Of Material), RFM, and ECO (Engineering change order)
* Perform complex engineering assignments and provide technical support to production, sales, service and vendors.
* Perform DFMEA, Test Rig Design, strategic sourcing from vendors, testing and result data analysis to check the reliability
and performance of the product.
* Root cause analysis of failures on site, in-house simulation, take corrective action, test and conclude.
* Drive NPI with approvals, engineering management plan and all engineering deliverables as per the activity matrix.
* Resolve technical issues and road blocks impacting by taking quick and timely decisions which are well supported by design
calculations as per the ASME, API and IBR standards, engineering analysis and prediction methodology
* Get product approvals as per different country standards such as CRN, DOSH, PED etc.
* Visiting sites in case of critical issues related to products as technical leader and resolve the same
