• Run major development projects from concept to manufacturing
• Leads or participates on project teams to develop clear specifications, evaluates feasibility of concepts, and provides formal estimates
• Leads project teams that include Designers, Engineers and Technicians in the design and assembly

• Coordinates, monitors, and documents project designs, estimates, and costs
• Support local factories for complex technical issues
• Lead R&D projects for new products and variants
• Provide input and participate in discussions regarding technology content/development for current and future business

• Transforming the standalone RMUs and Transformers into one package substation with customized LV panel

• Carrying out the type tests according to IEC 62271-202
• Supporting the sales teams in technical discussions with the customers.
• Leading team of engineers and providing couching and guide
• Manage the projects under the engineering phase
• Oversee the work done by the team and provide them with feedback
• Meet the clients and understand their requirement.
• Prepare work practices for the engineers and technicians.
• Project manager for launching of the new products in the factory
• Monitor and improve the engineering process & the improvement projects
• Carrying out the detailed design calculations and components selection for package/compact substations
• Preparing base design submittal documents for customer approval
• Produce BOM on SAP, detailed engineering drawings using Eplan
• Review of mechanical assembly 3D on SolidWorks to capture design intent
• Contact customers and suppliers for technical support
• Supporting product manager, tendering and Sales team on big tenders
• Study the project specifications and Carry out the design calculations
• Prepare the technical submittal selecting the required material
• Create the BOM and prepare the manufacturing drawings
• Revising and confirming the material offers from the suppliers
• Assist in building the electrical power supplying systems of the land rigs
• Assist in installation of the different new electrical components
• Supervising the workers while preparing the area of work
• Assist in testing the system before the operation
• Assist in organizing spare parts within the area of responsibility
Completing the Lean Six Sigma Green-Belt training and exam. Demonstrating proficiency in the Lean Six Sigma methodology by applying successfully the appropriate tools and techniques to at least two business / quality projects and fulfilling all requirements to achieve the level of Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
