• Launched 9 SKUs in one year which add high value to the business.
• Manage performance evaluation against agreed KPIs and lead corrective action with markets.
• Manage the communication and relationship with agency to delivery campaigns, and projects
• Support in leading evaluation of program impact and effectiveness track brand KPIs catalogue learning/build database, recommended action to improve and report the result to top management.
