• Planning, scheduling weekly/quarterly jobs (PSVs/Mechanical valves) and executing accordingly. Develop long-term strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Conduct Site Visit, Inspection and Monitoring the Site activities and ensure the all equipment is performed as per the setup standard.

• Weekly/monthly reporting and updating of service orders values with our management and arrange for invoicing with our finance team. Preparing Performa invoice.
• To make sure each and every project site jobs cost is charged and time sheets are signed for obtaining SES.
• Mobilization/Demobilization arrangement plan for each project sites involved in site works and Understand site requirements before execution.
• Arranging site safety trainings, medicals and gate passes for new employees.
• Monitor projects plan, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Preparing Petty cash, standing orders in ERP/SAP.
• Prepare invoices every week and submit to client and follow up to obtain SES and submit for posting.
• Creating sales/service orders in SAP and update job details, materials, hours accounting, sub-contracting orders and finally billing to be done for final invoicing.
• Arranging GATE PASSES for all employees working on site. (Documents, DVC forms signatures and stamps, sponsor NOC requirements need to be arranged before submitting in QE Portal) Follow up with PROs.
• Planning and arranging suitable manpower requirements with management support. Coordination with manpower selected for particular job. Manpower Subcontract Arrangement:
• Evaluated and selected subcontractors based on project requirements, performance, and budget limits. Coordinated with subcontractors to align their work with project goals and timelines.
• Managed subcontractor budgets, controlled costs, and optimized resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
