• Start-up of new food or non-food (local & Export) products to complete ARMA product portfolio of products B2B or B2C.
• Launching QA system capability in Toll Manufacturing.
• Decrease the waste.
• Make audits for the external sites and support them in enhance their score.
• Make an assessment visits for all sites by (5 Ms+1) method.
• Maintain quality index in the external sites (Toll manufacturing)
• Revise & update of Quality policies, procedures and authority matrix.
• Expand testing scope and improve methodology for Quality Labs.
• Coordinate with planning and operation team to achieve production plans.
• Coordinate with TM team, purchasing and/or other departments to get a list of external sites.
• Coordinate the official audits (ISO 22000:2018 / ISO 22716:2007)
• Coordinate with ASD R&D team or other external formulation laboratories to get the suitable formula regarding to marketing needs.
• Supervising the preparation of timely and accurate reports of quality, and comply with GMP’s, SOP’s and all regulatory documentation.
The Microbiological examination of the end product for detecting (Total plat count).
- The Microbiological verification for Operators Swabs & Lye tanks & Distilled, Storage, Rinsing water &
sterilization Machines & Pasteurization tanks & Environmental monitoring for active air sampling by air
sampler & Cafeteria tools and chefs (TPC and test for specified microorganisms).
- The Microbiological examination of the Powder Milk & Stabilizers & Cacao powder (TPC and test for
specified microorganisms) & Isolation and identification of microorganisms through gram staining
- Media preparation general and selective media and Biological validation of autoclaves by biological
indicators
- Maintains 5S organization throughout the laboratory and identifies improvement opportunities
- Ensure work is completed right first time, participates in root cause and corrective action
identification and document investigation and Ensure the ICP's and writing the ICP's reports
- Maintain compliance status of lab. By monitoring equipment, instrument and ensuring adherence
GMP requirements and document testing activities and results
Ensuring daily GHP, GMP, Pest Control implementation
- Close the daily GMP report's and conduct the tour according to the designated areas
- Perform CCP checks for the Packaging Integrity every half hour minimum
- Conduct the line release for filling machines before operating the line
- Check all production Process Parameters for all the lines that includes design, net weight, date
- Detection and treatment of NC cases and reporting the NCR's
- corrective procedures followed
- Followed the corrective and preventive maintenance for the filling machines
- Supervise the cleaning activities according to the cleaning manual, to ensure that the previous
shifts are cleaned and avoid any microbiological contamination
- Maintain the hygiene level in the production area
Ensuring quality and safety of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure daily GMP according to the designated areas
- Detection and treatment of NC cases and reporting the NCR's
- corrective procedures followed and participate in the line assessment project
- Perform CCP checks for the metal detectors & calibration of scales & sieve
- Supervise the cleaning activities according to the cleaning manual, to ensure that the previous
shifts are cleaned and avoid any microbiological contamination
- Maintain the hygiene level in the production area
