Knowledge of Architectural and MEP Drawings.
Develops preliminary sketches or schematics, layout, detail, and drawings.
Assist engineering with design & layout.
Responsible for doing revisions on the site plan.
Gathers all necessary information to develop a final design.
Ensures that all drafting works will be done in accordance with all the contract documents,
Specifications and all applicable standards.
Maintains systematic filing system of all approved drawings in soft cad files & PDF files and hard copies.
Prepares as-built drawings.
To maintain records for all changes and updates on design drawings.
To maintain a computer log for all drawings and projects files.
To develop all needed shop drawings in coordination with supplier and clients requirements.
Job responsibility: Preparation of shop drawing, lighting & power, electrical builders work, coordination with others services plan, lightening and grounding, ULV system, communication, BMS system, access control system. Public address layout, fire alarm plan. HV, MV, LV panel, backbone cable routing, cable tray, cable trucking, cable ladder, single line diagram, load schedule.
