2-Conduct site inspections with regard witnessing, recording and reporting results
3- Reviewing of QC documents submitted by contractor and subcontractors
4-Maintaining QA/QC registers
5-Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices
6- Prepare, implement, and obtain approvals for Project Quality Plan, Quality
control procedures, Inspection & Test plans and Checklists and review the same
for approval as submitted by contractor.
7-Administrate QC department and supervise the Works on site for the effective
implementation of QC procedures where deems necessary.
8- Drafting the monthly quality report
9- Reviewing Methods Statement and ITPs as per contract requirements
10-Ensuring quality of incoming materials to comply with project specifications and
maintain Generating MIS reports on monthly basis
11- Plan and execute internal & External Quality audit at specified interval of
Consultant, Contractors, Suppliers, third party laboratories and preparation of
Audit Reports.
12- Communicate the audit findings and identify areas where procedures will
require improvement or additional training. Develop and deliver quality

 Responsible to ensure that all the activities comply with the requirements of Company’s Quality system procedure and customer specified requirements.
 Conducting internal audit periodically to check the adequacy of the Quality system and its effective implementation.
