Project Overview (Project for ENI-Italy):
The new-MOD Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is required in the Zubair Field to support the water injection demand of the reservoir.

Tasks:
- Management and implementation of the Claims.
- Consolidate and summarize project cost reports, ensure accuracy of data and relay reports to Exertive Project Director and Deputy Project Director.
- Analyze project overruns and highlight commercial risks and discuss risk with Contract & Commercial
Manager.
- Provide all projects cost and budget related feedback to Exertive Project Director and Deputy Project Director to enable timely decision in controlling cost overruns.
- Regularly review and reconcile the actual costs recorded in the system and advise on reallocation, accruals or deferments.
- Review all approved variation orders issued by the client and updates the budget incorporating the same.
- Ensure cost control engineer(s) to Productivity inspectors assigned by Exertive Project Director and Deputy Project Director.
- Contributes to the enhancing of cost control tools, systems, and data.
- Accountable for the follow-up on the construction budgets for all projects, highlighting budget overruns on any activities and transactions (including purchasing).
- Implements control tasks and audit checks (spot checks, controls of MRs, control of timesheets, etc.) to ensure that cost elements reported by the projects are accurate, and to identify and suggest wastage or opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure that active support is provided to Commercial Manager for the substantiation of change orders from a costing (of new items in coordination with procurement) perspective (costing of the changed portions of work, estimation of the impact of changes on the cost of other construction activities, etc.)
- Coordination closely with Planning and QS staff.

Construction Manager at:
• Ras Al Ain Bus Terminal.
Tasks as following:
- Responsible for the delivery of project aims and objectives as outlined.
- On-site engineering process, networking with client reps, sub-contractors and construction supervisors.
- Run Projects Efficiently, Effectively and to track Progress, Time, Cost and Quality management for the project.
- Responsible to chair the site meetings with Consultants and sub-Contractors.
- Supervision of project deliverable in line with the project plan.
- Coordination with all the consultants for design related issues.
- Resource Planning & Control.
- Providing status reports.
- Preparation of site activity planning in the detailed project schedule.
- Preparation of Purchase orders (VO), Variation orders (VO) and payment certificates (PC).
- Coordination with Safety officers for the safety arrangements at site prior to start any activity at site “Tool Box”.
- Daily and long term planning at site, coordination, control and efficient utilization of the required resources for all site activities.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining a document storage system.

Sr. Project Engineer at:
• Princess Taghrid Institute for Arts and Handicap Development.
• Renovation of several Orange telecom outlets.
Tasks as following:
- Manages the site and erection works.
-Responsible for the overall supervision of construction, industrial, municipal, structural and civil aspects of the project while complying with all the applicable environmental requirements.
-Team leading
-Quality and safety maintaining.
-Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site (steel structure, silos and cladding)
-Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
-Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
-Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
-Ensures all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
-Coordinates with all project’s related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
-Reviews weekly job costs and formula project cost projections and approves all subcontractor or material supplier invoices.

Project Engineer, Acting Project Manager at
DFM-2M "Dammam Feed Mill Project (ARASCO)"
KFM-2M "Al Kharj Feed Mill Project (ARASCO)"
Work description: Erection of Silos & Steel Structure.
Tasks & responsibilities:

-Manages the site and erection works.
-Responsible for the overall supervision of construction, industrial, municipal, structural and civil aspects of the project while complying with all the applicable environmental requirements.
-Team leading
-Quality and safety maintaining.
-Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site (steel structure, silos and cladding)
-Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
-Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
-Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
-Ensures all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
-Coordinates with all project’s related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
-Reviews weekly job costs and formula project cost projections and approves all subcontractor or material supplier invoices.

-Coordinating with warehouse and procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials.
