 Manage various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
 Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
 Conducts recruitment efforts and new employee orientation.
 Participates in administrative staff meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting
 Prepare staff evaluation reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
 Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
 Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
 Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
 Prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
 Monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
 Handle general administrative tasks or any additional assignments given by the higher management.

 Responsible for performing quality repairs on electronic items used in kiosk terminal.
