Manage various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
Conducts recruitment efforts and new employee orientation.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting
Prepare staff evaluation reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
Prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
Monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
Handle general administrative tasks or any additional assignments given by the higher management.
Worked with technical support team to handle a large area.
Responsible for providing technical support for the installed Kiosk Terminals.
Sets up and maintains kiosk terminals.
Identify and repair machine errors and malfunctions.
Troubleshooting and replacement of damage parts such as printer, cash validator, motherboard, watchdog and modem etc.
Understand schematics and related technical documents
Cabling and software installation and upgradation of kiosks.
Inspect incoming equipment, preparesreplacement parts for kiosk terminal.
Perform regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance to a large scale area and visit to several sites on daily basis.
Maintaining and calibrating all test equipment.
Utilize the trouble ticket system to log all requests and problems/resolutions.
Responsible for performing quality repairs on electronic items used in kiosk terminal.
Responsibilities:
Handling and management of 150 Self-Service Kiosk Terminals.
Preparation and renewal of contracts for the landlords.
Monitoring sales and replacing the terminal to the suitable place where the company can get more profit of it.
Generating and maintaining accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, sight inspections).
Reviewing direct competition and ensuring complete awareness by all sales team of competitor’s activities always.
Building and developing strong and productive relationships with customers.
Monitoring and diagnose the issues in kiosk terminals with the low sales indication.
Setting targets and achieving targets.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
Preparing daily and monthly terminal sales report.
Preparation of cheques and delivery to the landlords.
Main Functions:
Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and arranging
appointments.
Answering telephone calls and email enquiries.
Creating and maintaining filing systems.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other
colleagues.
Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
Duties:
Supervised established client accounts - contacted clients regularly to establish effective working relationships and maintained relationships with the company’s customers.
Checked quality of account services - Made regular status reports and follow-ups.
Attending trade shows and exhibitions when required.
Handled and resolved any complaints or concerns from customers.
Duties:
Assisting in Payroll process - calculating OT, leave applications and medical
claims.
Supporting recruitment process with job postings, sourcing for candidates and
interview arrangement.
Maintaining and updating HR and database records into the system (Company’s
Oracle based software).
Providing daily manpower and attendance report for all the projects directly to
the HR Manager.
Updating visa application reports and maintaining employee's record files.
Responsible for the incoming logbook mail as well as dispatching the outgoing
courier and ensure all logs are updated.
