v Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
v Updating clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
v Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about
their accounts or our products.
v Assisting Sales & Marketing team in the preparation and organizing of promotional
material or events
v Reviewing sales orders to ensure accurate cost and customer information
v Determining processing requirement and lead times to provide the customer with
projected delivery, manage until order fulfilled.
v Coordinating orders with warehouse and sales departments, assisting in timely product
delivery.
v Maintaining data in record-keeping systems, creating reports and data for analysis as
needed.
v Coordinating resolution of customer complaints by ensuring the issue details are
captured accurately, monitor credits, progress and report on the issues during weekly
meetings.
v Coordinating customer and mill claims, providing status reports during weekly meetings.
v Expediting incoming material for customer orders by updating a spreadsheet and
coordinating efforts between sales, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse.
v Scanning mill documents for record retention.
