Candidates, Agency, Interview Panelists, and corporate team.
 Well versed at various job boards like Naukri (India, Gulf), Monster (different geos), Indeed (different geos), Bayt, Wuzzuf and so on.
 Have been using LinkedIn premium extensively to handle both graduate and lateral hiring for both domestic as well as international demand.
 Well versed at Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Ceipal and other in house Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 Worked extensively for all leading banks, insurance, financial services, media and entertainment, retail, infrastructure and Information Technology (IT) clients
across all regions.
 Presented Market Intelligence report on various technologies for different geos.

What I did…
 As part of TCS - Global Talent Acquisition Group(GTAG) have been handling different geo requirements like India, APAC, KSA, UAE, Middle East, UK, Europe, US, Canada and LATAM regions from time to time on demand basis.
 As a Stakeholder, responsible for multiple client accounts spreading across different verticals and geos.
 Right from requirement gathering till a candidate joins the team will be closely collaborating with various stakeholders like Business Unit heads, Project SPOCs,
Candidates, Agency, Interview Panelists, and corporate team.
 As a custodian of TCS, ensured diversity and inclusion is factored in throughout the entire end to end recruitment process.
 Ensured seamless onboarding of candidates by liasoning with the respective teams.
 Well versed at Oral and Textual communication both with Internal and external stakeholders.
 Well versed at various job boards like Naukri (India), Monster (different geos), Indeed (different geos), Bayt, CareerBuilder, Dice and so on.
 Have been using LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to handle both graduate and lateral hiring for both domestic as well as international demand.

 Have mentored new joinees through various training sessions on sourcing and human resource information system required for day to day work.
