Responsibility:
• Identifying and recommending Suppliers.
• Purchasing of all mechanical boughs out items requires for project
• Purchasing of Electrical, Mechanical packages required for project
• Coordinating with Suppliers by raising enquiries. Purchase Requisition and receipt of materials.
• Making Spread Sheet for getting best rate and terms and condition.
• Purchasing of S.S. / M.S. raw materials (i.e. Structural material, sheet, bars, plates)
• Purchasing of consumables items.
• Follow up on all orders placed.
• Analyzing the purchase requirement.
• Co-ordinate and maintaining system to procure material.
• Developing and maintaining system to procure material.
• Cost reduction via alternate vendor development.
• Handle any related matters to purchase.
• Follow all establish system and provide the information for procure purposes.
• Responsible for timely delivery of the material.
• Prepare reports and summarize data.
• Responsible for maintaining Inventory Levels.
• Coordination with Accounts and Store Department.
• Responsible for getting the organization best rates and terms & Condition or all the purchases by being a liaison between vendor and us.
• Developing & negotiating with suppliers for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable commercial items
• Assessment of performance of the vendors
• Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistent with quality objectives.
• New vendor development according to need & market strategy.
• Tracking of vendor rating depending upon supplier delivery, cost, quality, service of mat
