DUTIES & RESPONISSIBILITIES

• To facilitate the development of all required HR Policies & Procedures, implementation, education, tracking and auditing to secure required deliverables and compliance.
• To facilitate required HR Strategy and human resources planning to ensure the provision of required talent and competency for the future.
• To facilitate required HR forecasting and needs analysis processes in order to understand the "status quo" versus the "desired future state" accompanied by a Global professional analysis for required HR operations activities.
• To facilitate required Recruitment & Selection processes to attract and secure competent talent to meet with current and future human resources requirements.
• To facilitate required Performance Management processes inclusive of 360˚ performance evaluations in order to optimize Employee value-added and contribution.
• To facilitate required Talent Management and career processes in order to secure and provide for anticipated future Human Resources requirements.
• To facilitate required Reward strategies through job profiling exercises, market surveys and comparison analysis in order to ensure competitive remuneration & benefit packages are maintained from within and externally.
• To retain required Human Resources Talent and Competency through appropriate Retention Strategies aligned with market trends and staying in pace with competitors in order not to lose core competency.
• To promote a scheme of HR metrics, measurement and management aligned with Global Best in Class Metrics.
• To facilitate required recruitment functions locally and overseas
• To create corporate human resources policies and procedures
• To facilitate required staff training and induction continually and exceptionally if needed
• To resolve the staff misunderstanding and implement the one team work theory
• To control the employee cost (headcount cost) and other employees related expenses
• To maintain and control all employees expenses such as: (travel, visa, transportation, accommodation, training, recruitment, and other related expenses)
• to create and control the company job description manual as per the international human resources standards and define the same descriptions according to the company job requirements
• To facilitate additional required functions as may be delegated from time-to-time, i.e. Staff Accommodation set-up, establishment and stabilization, special Recruitment campaigns, special HR surveys e.g. Employee Satisfaction and other, in an endeavor to promote the "Workforce of the Future" process.
• To create & implement the Human Resources System and ensure a smooth system operation and accurate data entry is strictly followed.
• To facilitate all required employees entertainment process and employees job inspiration
