• Efficiently in order to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing.
• Receives all government relation requests from employees across hotel departments and coordinate with own team to ensure an efficient processing of the request.

• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules, & regulations, changes in form/ formats and other procedures.

• Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration / labor office and tally sponsorships.
• Responsible for obtaining licenses and related documentation from government authorities for all activities / products related to the Hotel.
• Responsible to ensure that all staff visas are promptly and accurately updated in the Police Reporting system (CID System).
• Responsible for obtaining NOCs and Visas for F&B Entertainers.
• To be available at any inspections carried out by the Governmental Authorities on Hotel’s products and services, and follow-up where appropriate.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Government Authorities especially, ADTCA, Labor office, AD Police, AD Immigration, Economic Department, AD Port Authority, etc. by regularly visiting top officials, coordinating any of their hotel requirements.
• When the Hotel receives any fines, warning, etc. from Government Authorities, the (GRM) will be responsible to promptly follow-up and liaise with pertinent parties to either remove or reduce such fines.
• Promote the Hotel and its Restaurants, Services (Health Club, Laundry, etc.) and other Group Hotels to Government Authorities.
• Assist with the staff Medical and Health cards and sorting out any issues related to staff Medical.
• Assist Arabic and GCC Guests with their requirements subject to such requests falling within Hotel’s activities.
• Assist Front Office with any problems that they may face concerning guests, which would also require the assistance/intervention from Government Authorities such as AD Police, AD Courts, AD Immigration, etc.
