Participate in Negotiating with the banks for loans/ Credit facilities
Part of Membership of the committee for evaluation the banks offers
Reports to the management with the selected banks with all
terms and conditions of the loans / credit facilities
Follow-up with the selected banks to comply with there
Requirements and review the agreement and send the same to the legal department.
Coordinate with the banks for any further information’s or requirements maybe needed
Reporting to the management for the status of the loans what’s executed and what is outstanding / expected to be covered in the future
Working on audit engagements for trading, manufacturing, banking sector, not-for-profit organization, contracting, companies and schools. Also performed special engagements in the areas of financial statement analysis, compliance audit testing and accounting services
Performed a substantial portion of the audit filed work and also was responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the other field staff on the engagement team
Participated in the planning of the audit engagements
Assigned work to other members of the engagement team, having regard for their experience and for the importance and complexity of the work
Prepared detailed working papers and reviewed the detailed working papers prepared by the other field staff
Discussed with the Audit Managers and Audit Client Service Partner the progress of the audit engagements and any significant issues that arose
Prepared the initial draft of financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements and Changes in Equity including the related notes in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards) and audit reports
Ensured that the working papers have been properly finalized (including resolution of all outstanding items).
Produced reports on internal control weaknesses for management purposes
Dealing with the banks to get facility to the company
Ratio analytical review to the Financial Statement
Major Accounting (GPA 82.2%)
