Regular duties:
• Direct & manage +10 among Engineers, Materials Engineers, and QA in particular to external providers and document controllers throughout project developments.
• Procurement of major quantity of material, scrutinizing the quotations, overseas procurement shipment clearance, issuing LPO’s.
• Based on the specifications, drawing and BOQ, subject to the approval of client and consultant.
• Verify the accuracy of all documentation, Perform supplier audits.
• Prepare independent audits in various areas (Engineering, Procurements, Materials management, warehouse, Fabrications, constructions, closeout requisitions) in accordance with PQP and ISO 9001-2015 requirements set.
• Prepare and Review the PQP, QCP, and ITPs, Method statements, MTS checklist, MIRs and RIWs checklist & prerequisites in compliance with project contract.
• Analyze root cause of NCR’s and prevent recurrence of similar problems.
• Prepare compliance for the supplied materials to technical drawing package, project specification and international standards.
• Prepare compliance site activities in accordance with the design documents and QEP prerequisites.
• Reviewing Document Submittals, Carrying out Supplier Visits, inspection of Materials/Products, Carrying out Quality Workshops, Coordinating Inspection &
• Testing On and Off Site, Chairing Weekly QA/QC Meetings
• Interpreting purchase request, investigating supply sources and negotiate best terms and conditions in line with end user specifications.
• Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone to determine prices, discounts, terms, etc.
• Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
Project : Package 1 or Zone 1 is a complex of academic colleges with total built‐up Area 500, 000 m2, I was acting MEP construction
manager for whole Zones for four months, until the official CM had assigned and took over his responsibilities on site, During the four months, I was leading and follow up the MEP subcontractors to execute MEP builder works and mobilize them at site, after that I took my roles as Sr. mechanical project engineer direct supervising site engineers to handle scientific academic colleges(1.2.1 & 1.2.2), each college has 15 labs, Auditorium, kitchen, mechanical, electrical room, substation room, UPS, generators, MV switchgear.
Reporting To: SPM & PM
1. Charting the sequence of Mechanical works, and exchange clearances with other parties.
2. Works closely with the project manager, and team leads to plan and monitor project activities.
3. Following up all Execution works, and coordination with authorities.
4. Coordination for shop drawings, materials approval, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, ..etc.
5. Resolve technical & construction problems( NCRs, MIRS, ..etc)
6. Preparation of the drafts for monthly payments, and VOs.
7. Follow up and ensure all quality control procedures are in place. (QA/QC).

1. Prepare shop drawings, review submittals, RFI, Material takeoff.
2. Inspected mechanical work in facility and equipments.
3. supervised working of construction staff and assisted them if required.
4. Maintained working of facility and ensured that work was done in accordance to Project Manuals and drafted drawings.
5. Coordinated with management to achieve project goals.
6. Prepare invoicing letter with complete supporting documents.
7. Review the discharge letter and final invoice for issuing.
8. Follow up on the completion of snags during the defects liability period.
d. Geneva Hotel - 4 Stars
Location : Amman, Jordan
Manpower Handled: 5 assistants on audits
Tasks:
a) Performs routine inspections of Hotel facilities and schedules
appropriate maintenance and repairs to ensure that facilities are
safe,
b) Maintained the equipments on the floor and ensured their smooth
working. (Ventilation, chiller systems, DX equipments, fire fighting,
FM200, BMS, Boiler, Heating Systems, domestic pumps,
Generator, electrical parties...etc).
c) Perform Duct cleaning, boiler calibrating burner, flushing pipes,
domestic, circulating, submersible& fire pumps, chilled water
systems, LPG pipes, Heating system (radiators, under floor, solar,
pools heat exchangers, domestic water cylinders, valves ..etc,
d) Prepare MMR ( material maintenance request ) and follow up.
1) Responsible for developing the best sales techniques to achieve sales target
2) Perform the tasks of marketing and selling HVAC equipment as well as provide strategies to expand sales team
3) Handle responsibilities of visiting customer site to gather requirement and prepare proposals as per the requirement
4) Responsible for conducting doing site surveys to identify issues and provide solutions of the same
5) Perform responsibilities of selling HVAC products to contractors and large scale distributors
6) Responsible for talking appointment with potential customers as well as perform management of accounts.
