Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.

Anticipating customer’s businesses and requirements, advising the latest type of market trends and presenting the same appropriately to make a sale.

Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations and accordingly negotiating on price, costs and delivery specifications.

Recording sales and order information liaising with production team to check the progress of existing orders.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

Communicating with shipping lines and forwarders for customers required shipping modes and arranging feasible methods considering customer and company’s perspectives.

Advising on forthcoming product developments and arranging samples to be displayed at customer showrooms
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Conducting team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
