The main duties and responsibilities of Procurement Department are comprising of the following but not limited to:

- Procurement of Structural Sections, Plates & Miscellaneous Steel as per client and QC specifications for the projects on hand from overseas and local market.
- Procurement of Paint Systems as specified by the clients.
- Procurement of Cold Form, Purlins, Cladding materials and accessories.
- Procurement of Welding and other Consumables, machineries, tools, spares, etc.
- Procurement of connection bolts, anchor bolts, shear studs, etc., for structural erection as per client specifications.
- Sourcing of Prices & Material availability for sales department for tendering purposes.
- Hiring of Cranes, Man lifts, scaffolding, Generators, Car Rentals, Trailers and other machineries as required.
- Overseeing of suppliers Invoices processing done thru Procurement Dept.
- Documentation works for the above listed i.e., floating of enquiries, correspondences with suppliers, raising of Purchase Orders, receiving and processing of all supplier invoices.

-Responsible for the Operation, planned preventive and corrective maintenance of all the facilities in the Camp i.e., Housing Accommodation Buildings, Office Admin Building, Recreation Building, Food Services Mess Hall & Kitchen, Swimming Pools, Power Generation Plant, Automobile Workshop, Civil workshop, Air conditioning workshop, Electrical workshop, Telephone Workshop, Video/Satellite communication workshop, Sewage Plant, Pest Control, and Agriculture & Landscaping.

-Responsible for the office administration of Maintenance Dept. in respect of all documentation works for passport and Iqama renewal, preparing employment contracts for the newly hired personnel, processing vacation and termination, calculation of end of service benefits, furnishing disciplinary actions against violators, co-ordination with the manager for the all work related matters and responding to instructions, etc.

-Issuance & follow-up of Job Orders to the concerned departments for preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs. Processing and follow-up of requisitions (MRs) for acquiring spare parts (Civil, Electrical, Ac, Generator, Video/TV/Telephone/Sat Receiver, etc), consumables, cleaning materials, food & catering items, etc.

-Independent handling of all internal and external correspondences/reports and filing. Arranging of meetings/conference of Senior Executives and preparing minutes. Arranging of Air Ticket bookings/reservations for Senior Executives and employees who are proceeding on vacation/final exit as well.

-Deploying of Technicians/Laborers to HRH Prince Palaces/Farms/Desert Camps and responding to instructions of HRH envoys during duty and off hours.

-Responsible for handling Petty Cash (replenishing Fund) for emergency spare parts Procurement and submitting Expense Reports with relevant documents for reimbursement.
