1.Reviewing progress of project work by organizing & conducting periodic meetings involving key Contractors, Consultants & Designers and External Agencies
2.Defining the scope of the project at the right time of commencement of project; creating Time Impact Analysis/EOT in case of project delays & variations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisted the plant engineer in all activities involved in running the power plant to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Carried out preventive and breakdown maintenance of power transformers, electrical switchgear, battery cells and fire protection systems.
• Measured and maintained records of oil and winding temperature of coils of power transformers to ensure that they were under control.
• Checked air and gas pressures of circuit breakers, recorded the same and adopted corrective measures to keep the same under control.
• Supervised the work of electricians and helpers and ensured that they attended to scheduled maintenance work as per laid down procedures.
• Provided training to electricians and helpers to improve their knowledge and skills to analyse failures leading to breakdowns and to carry out quality maintenance work.
