Making arrangements for the efficient transportation of Nofoth Staff. Also managing their transportation system within KSA in coordination with Production Units, Sales Team, Warehouses and company outlets.

Chain Management, Material Logistics, Export- Import Operations Management and
Freight Forwarding.
• Started my career as an “Export Operations Associate” in the field of Freight
Forwarding and Export Import Operations and was promoted as a “Team Leader”.
• Handled the team of 20 members from the Export Operations team in the Head office as
well as back office of Al Sharqi shipping co UAE.
• Acquired deep understanding of all the “export operations” including booking
containers, requesting release, manifesting containers, passing ED’s on Mirsal2,
preparing Bill of Lading and maintaining export regulations as per countries of shipment.
• Gained experience in managing and coordination of all export activities Viz a Viz export
shipment scheduling, loading plan (for consolidation cargos), and problems solving.
• Daily interaction and reporting to Management, and submitting profit and loss statement

• Experience in passing import and export declarations on Mirsal2. Also prepared
quotations or pro- forma invoices to complete the process of order and shipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Applied established criteria or investigating or analyzing a variety of routine conditions,
problems or circumstances.
• Handled all export operations booking containers, requesting release, manifesting
containers, passing ED’s on Mirsal2, preparing bill of lading as per the standards of UAE
regulations.
• Worked on Efreightsuit software for internal data management.
• Passing import and export declarations on Mirsal2
• Oversee the sanctioned party screening process and work with the analyst, export
compliance to ensure that issues are resolved timely and accurately. Monitor the reporting
of the screening process metrics.
