Job role (as supervision consultant)
• Review shop drawings and coordination drawings for approvals
• Review Material submittal for approvals
• Follow up site progress and target achievement
• Inspect mechanical works
• Inspect mechanical material in site
• Report site work progress to management
• Attend technical meeting with suppliers and contractors
• Attend weekly progress meeting with main contractor and subcontractor
º Responsible in conducting and preparing Inspection reports including all the concerned observations and recommendations.
º Verification of Builders work drawing as per approved shop drawing to implement at the time of
Slab- casting and wall openings.
º Providing technical information and support to architects, engineers, end users and other authorities.
º Handling and negotiation with suppliers and sub-contractors.
º Preparation and technical review of HVAC, Plumbing and other mechanical services material submittals to consultant.
º Managed site and technical MEP issues
º Monitoring the work progress, mechanical and plumbing services, updating the reports daily.
º Knowledge of HVAC design and calculations including heat load calculation, duct sizing & head calculation.
º Checking the shop drawings, referring the approved one, each service to be checked.
º To attend the design coordination meetings,
º Preparation of BOQ,
º Installation of (package unit, FCU AHU, CHILLERS, PIPING, DUCTING, PUMPS etc) with all other accessories, Project Management, Execution, Machine selections, ,
º To design the duct system by following SMACNA Standards, Pipe sizing and pump head calculation
º Ensuring safety conditions for workers.
º Day to day updating, scheduling and planning the work
º Maintaining all records of project, invoices, Dc’s and material procurement.
º Attaining contractors meeting every week
º Monitored & Involved in site activities of HVAC system including Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, CHW pumps, Cooling coils, Types of fans, Ducting, CHW piping, Valves & fittings etc
º Stage wise inspection starting from foundation, alignment, grouting, preservation up to pre-commissioning for stationary and rotating equipment such as Chillers, AHU’s, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Pumps, etc.
º Checking and Inspection of material to be used on the projects to ensure that it meets the applicable standards.
º Coordination with client & vendor for all site activities & inspection.
º Coordinated and communicated with the respective construction in-charge for proper implementation of quality plan to solve any quality problem including proper execution of the works.
º Involved site mechanical construction activities to ensure Implementation of quality control, project specification and inspection plans.
º Monitoring of ongoing project and making sure that the Contractors comply and implement as per the approved design drawings and standards.
º Coordination to all concerned departments involved in the projects as well as participates in regular meetings to enhance the flow of works.
º Responsible in conducting and preparing Inspection reports including all the concerned observations and recommendations.
º Verification of Builders work drawing as per approved shop drawing to implement at the time of
Slab- casting and wall openings.
º Providing technical information and support to architects, engineers, end users and other authorities.
º Handling and negotiation with suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Job involved in making of Shop Drawings,
o Preparing Detail Drawings by using Auto-cad, revit
o To attend the design coordination meetings,
o Preparation of BOQ,
o Installation of (package unit, FCU AHU, CHILLERS, PIPING, DUCTING, PUMPS etc) with all other accessories, Project Management, Execution, Machine selections, ,
o To design the duct system by following SMACNA Standards, Pipe sizing and pump head calculation
o To design the VRV circuit drawing as per site requirement, sizing of refreigent piping as per standards, location of refnet.
o Ensuring safety conditions for workers.
o Installations of vrv piping as per standards ( like support spacing, brazing, proper insulation of pipe, slope for drain pipe etc..
o Day to day updating, scheduling and planning the work
o Maintaining all records of project, invoices, Dc’s and material procurement.
o Attaining contractors meeting every week
