• Oversee audit planning, field work, and audit reporting; prepare reports and communicate findings
and recommendations to line and senior management.
• Review the audit working papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and

• Responsible for the daily supervision and development of audit staff and completion of their
performance evaluations.
• Ensure that reviews are completed in compliance with the firms policies and international standards.

• Ensure team completes the account reconciliations within target with 100% accuracy for all European
payables, receivables, inventory, bank accounts and various control accounts and ensuring teams
follow-up for any discrepancies in the account balances.
