• Responsible for the Sales & Operation for UAE and Accountable of entire organisation P & L.
• Through the implementation of strategic and tactical sales plans for promoting the sales of Products portfolio of Home Care & Frozen Brands and Perfumes across the UAE Markets to the leading Retail Players.
• Operating the Sales & Distribution Department in UAE leading with the employee of 32 Numbers including 7 senior employees.
• Daily / weekly Interactions with Brand owners to boost the sales in the region.
• Making annual Sales plan in order to get align the annual P&L for the Sales & Operation Department.
• Negotiating with retailers for the annual BDA along with other major promotional activities.
• Supervised and coached Supervisors & Executives to deliver result oriented outstanding performance
• Weekly / Monthly Market visit to get identifying the Brand positioning and shelve shares.
• Guiding and supporting to the sales force to make the monthly/quarterly sales plan and helping them to execute on the floor.
• Overseeing the recruitment of new sales staffs and responsible for induction programmes for new staff members.
• Marketed the company by organizing Promotional shows and special promotional events.
• Accountable for the Sales & Marketing to Oman for the Perfumes Portfolio.
• Frequent Interaction through mails & over the phone calls with the GCC distributors for the Brand business.
• Visiting those regions frequently to identify the brand positioning and provides on-going support to distribute and produce to product or service.
• Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team on the each region in UAE & Oman.
• Interaction with the Board of Directors - Managed budget in coordination with Board.
• Oversee logistics operations for warehouse, distribution and transport department. resolve escalated issues, disruptions, lost packages and claims.
• Leading the sales force of 3 Sales Supervisor inclusive of 28 Junior staff
• Accountable for enhancing profitability, sales, and market share Through the implementation of strategic and tactical sales plans for Promoting the sales of FMCG Products - Perfumes Brands - Swiss Arabian / Sapil / Royal Jasmine / Altamoda / Xcel in the territory of Dubai & N Emirates
• Handling modern trade, General Trade, Perfumery & Whole sales
• Planning and forecasting the annual sales and business development budget, targets, generating periodic reports
• Leading the Sales Supervisors, assigned Sales Executives, day to day activities.
• Working in coordination with Logistics and Accounts Department for delivery, payment collection status and result
• Assessing competition activities and conducting business review with senior buyers and Managers of Key Accounts
• Ensuring proper maintenance of targeted product availability of brand, thereby contributing towards highest levels of consumer and trade satisfaction; ascertaining the stock management operations of all agencies products handled
• Conducting the review of and maintaining the records for new and delinquent accounts to ascertain market conditions and status of customers' accounts
• Developing annual budget, helping sales force to achieve the assigned target and organizing promotional activities
