Develop and implement all marketing functions and activities including marketing research & planning, marketing campaigns and corporate identity to achieve future marketing growth for RTA and maximizing the organization’s profits while ensuring the customers satisfaction.

To assist the stakeholder relations development in analyzing and interpreting stakeholder needs and expectations and developing an appropriate stakeholder relations management system, procedures, strategy and plans.

Promotional Campaigns for all Roads & Transport Authority.
Main Objective is to implement full promotional campaigns in order to create awareness and to increase the awareness for the targeted audience.

Supervise and manage the VIP guests visits and programs to RTA. In addition, to arrange for daily press releases and enhance the relations with the media. Supervise and manage the press conferences in RTA

Budgeting and promoting Emirates Post Services and assisting Postal Zones to achieve their target by developing integrated marketing & PR plans and issuing Postal Stamps.

Provide administrative support to all Emirates Post offices in the UAE

- Responsible for all official printed materials
- Designing and listing the technical details of the printing materials
- Following up with printing houses.
