Handling the full life cycle of the project

Develop the detailed baseline program
Responsible for the preparation of internal target programs with various subcontractors
Sequencing & interrelating the activities of all discipline and estimating the duration
Timely submission of delay notifications in the event of delay
Planning and preparing all reports relative to:
o Material Delivery Schedule
o Manpower
o Cash Flow
o Submittal documents
o Budgeting & Cost to Complete
o Forecast / Look Ahead Programs
Monitoring, Measuring & Recording the update of the progress of work till project completion
Identify areas of concern and advise of corrective action plans
Review and Follow up with the regular update of the baseline program
Presenting the Weekly, Biweekly, Dashboard, Monthly & Board Reports to the Consultant, Main Contractor and the Project Management
Participating in all Progress meetings
Project Planner responsible for the preparation of MEP Time/Work Schedule in compliance with Civil Program of work
Sequencing & interrelating the activities of all discipline Civil & MEP
Preparing various reports relative to:
o Standard Site Report Formats
o Monthly Payment & Valuations
o Earned Value
o Progress Updates
o Extension of Time claims
o Delay Analysis and Notifications
