some of my roles is to set our project safety plan and emergency procedures plan, traffic plan first Aid plan security plan and other periodically plan such as Work at night plan .heat related illness plan and insure implementing activities in site work within method statements and risk precautions which approved by the client.
to supervise the safety team, receiving reports and analyze them and take corrective actions.
also, participate with the HSE committee in the company and check to implement committee decisions also comply with client requirements and HSE manual. reporting daily, weekly .monthly reports
preparing documents for quarterly &annual Audits
daily monitoring site work
HSE manager of al-aziziah housing project preparing safety plan traffic plan, first aid plan evacuation plan emergency procedure plan security plan and other safety working plans
implements with the safety team these plans to comply with government legislations and ROYAL COMMISSION HSE manual and requirement
also conduct weekly, monthly, and annual safety meetings with the construction engineering team
participate in the HSE committee
preparing the reports and send them to head office and the client
مراقبة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في الشركة ووضع الخطط اللازمة للحفاظعلي سلامة المنشأةوالعاملين ومراجعة توصيات المنتج او المصنع في حالة استجلاب معدات او ماكينات جديدة في منطقة العمل وتطبيق سياسة الشركه فيما يخص الصحة والسلامة المهنية .وكذلك رفع مستوي الوعي وثقافة الصحة والسلامة بين العاملين في جميع اقسام المنظمة بالاضافة للاخذ بالاعتبار القوانين والتشريعات التي تضعها الجهات الحكومية المسئولة والمنظمات ذات الشأن ومحاولة تجنيب المنظمة الوقوع تحت طائلة القانون والغرامات والعمل علي تقليل المخاطر والحوادث التي بدورها لها تكاليف مادية واضحة مباشرة وغير مباشرة تؤثر علي ربحية المنشأة بزيادة التكاليف

كلية الهندسة العامة يتم التدريس فيها لمنهج الهندسة العامة في السنة الاولي وفي السنة الثاتنية يتمالتخصص للهندسة المدنية او الكيميائية او الكهربائية او ال ميكانيكية ومدة الدراسة 5 سنوات يحصل بعدها الخريج علي درجة بكالريوس الشرف في التخصص المعني ويحق له الحصول علي عضوية المجلس الهندسي السوداني
