- Supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Customers.
-Installation & configuration of customers’ premises (SHDSL modems and CE/CPE routers).
- Configuring SHDSL local loop terminations on ATM DSLAM’s (Alcatel, Huawei, Paradyne).
- Fixing all Enterprise customers' technical problems such as:
Routing problems: BGP, MP-BGP, VPN, MPLS layer 2&3, OSPF, EIGRP, RIPV1 and V2
- Installation and configuration of customers’ devices such as Modems and Routers.
- Maintenance of Local Loops from CO to the customer side.
- Routers configurations (Cisco 1700, 1841, 2500, 7200VXR, 3COM 3012 and 5012an Juniper M series -SRX).
- Juniper routers configuration and troubleshoots.
- Protocols: BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, MPLS, VPN, ATM.
- DSLAMs Configurations: Alcatel ASAM 7300, Huawei M5100, M5600.
- Modems configuration: ADTRAN 6503, Zyxel 791, Telindus, Aethra.
- Administrating of Network
> Configuring and administrating Active Directory and DNS Servers
> Network finger print devices
> Configuring and administrating DHCP and DHCP Relay Agent Servers
> Configuring Active Directory clients
• Answering the customers technical and general questions and offering help and guidance regarding their Internet connections (Dial-up connection - Browsing - E-mail)
• Monitoring the status of the company Band Width, the number of connected users and Traffic on Routers.
• Providing step-by-step guidance to setup Internet accounts and modems using dialup networking in windows environment.
• Supporting ADSL problems
