To build and enhance the talent pipeline in support of the talent acquisition activities throughout Mobily business units. As a Sourcing Specialist, I am instrumental in full cycle recruiting process through research, sourcing activities and interview coordination for a team of Recruiters. I will develop diverse proactive sourcing plans including passive recruiting and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a wide variety of business groups and functional positions in a corporate environment.
Direct the search and communications to identify candidates, attract them, and gather initial screening information.
Ensure that all candidates are screened against job specifications and qualified candidates’ details are forwarded to Recruiter(s)
Ensure that all candidates are informed of their application status in an accurate and timely manner consistent with Mobily brand standards.
Review and provide detailed status reports as and when requested by the management.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the line or Executive manager.
