• Ensure timely response to all the telephone calls received at the front desk and respond or transfer them appropriately ensuring high levels of customer care.
• To communicate and coordinate with other departments and superiors in order to fulfill customer’s needs. The first point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability & pricing etc.
