1. Provide technical assistance and support for all incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware and Provides all the Factory users with technical support and assistance.
2. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
3. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
4. Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs.
5. Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
6. Provide all the Factory users with technical support and assistance for all IT equipment and facilities in order to secure the daily business operations and activities.
7. Purchase, Installation & maintenance of communications central and
equipment.
8. Establishment and development of computer network
9. Establishment and development of CCTV Systems network
10. Inventories and recording of hardware and software used.
11.Maintenance and preservation of Computer hardware & Printers.
12.Maintenance and preservation of different types of printers and photo copiers.
13. Controls of all (software) that are used in the company.
14.Data preservation and backup (Storage Servers - CDs - hard drives).
15.Adjustments and purchase of software and hardware
16. Purchase, Installation & maintenance of security cams
17. Purchase, Installation & maintenance of attendance devices ( hardware & software )
18. Purchase, Installation & maintenance of Access Control Devices.
19. Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
20. Provide individual training and support on request.
21. Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.
22. Provide network access to all staff.
23. Install work stations.
24. Connect and set up hardware & Load all required software.
25. Provide Email accounts and passwords as required
26. Provide network accounts and passwords as required.
27. Monitor security of all technology.
28. Input and maintain IP addresses.
29. Ensure Servers are working properly with required services running in order to secure the daily business operations and activities.
30. Perform other related duties as required during & after working hours.
