- Process INSTANT CASH, ARABIC TRANSFER, Western Union Money Transfer, SALES & PURCHASES FOREIGN CURRENCY.
- Open new accounts and savings certificates at Egyptian banks .
- Communicate with Egyptian banks to resolve any problems related to remittances .
- Issuing drafts, Telex transfer, Electronic Transfer.
- Responsible for verifying identification for check and credit card purchases.
- Handled large amount of cash and related documents.
- Receive/issue cash transaction instruments like remittance, foreign currency exchange, WPS, Demand draft, TT, and value added services transaction payments etc.
- Provide cash against transaction / vouchers.
- Receive cash from customers (for all services but not limited to remittance, WPS, FCY, Etc)
-Report to BM/Br. Supervisor about any discrepancy in cash count or fake notes .
-Purchase & sell of foreign currency.
Regular market visits to meet customers and collect information on competition, stock level in the market with our competitors, their prices and new schemes etc. on daily basis.
• To achieve targeted sales in the given Territory on weekly and monthly basis with allotted cash and credit customers.
• To achieve the collection target on weekly and monthly basis without fail to honor the commitment of meeting collection targets.
To look after the complete sales procedure right from procurement of secondary orders to final delivery in order to ensure customer satisfaction to maintain good reputation with customers in the market.
Follow up on shortfall in sales and collection on weekly basis to make sure that sales & collection achievement is online by the end of the month.
Presently handling canned fish Tuna & frozen fish like Horse Mackerel, Mackerel, Sardine, Silver smelt & Tilapia etc.
• Position: customer service (Assist Team).
• handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• research required information using available resources
• manage and resolve customer complaints
• provide customers with product and service information
• enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information
• process orders, forms and applications
• identify and escalate priority issues
• route calls to appropriate resource
• follow up customer calls where necessary
• document all call information according to standard operating procedure.
