Job Description:
A- Post Contract Stage (Main Contracts & Sub- Contractors Contracts)
- Provide Top Management with Monthly report regarding Revised Contracts Values, Executed value of work, Variations, Claims & Payments for all company projects.
- Maintain Logs for Main & Sub Contracts (VO log, IPC Log, Sub-Contracts Log, Evaluation Sheets & Comparison between Main & Sub- Contracts Progress.
- Following the enforcement of Commercial Contract Conditions by all parties.
- Following up Interim Payment Application / Certificates procedures from submission to payment.
- Following construction stage addendums, Engineer’s instructions & it’s effect on Contract Price.
- Preparing & Following up Variation Orders records for proper submission.
- Negotiate with Employer & Engineer to reach agreement regarding Variations amount.
- Arrange Commercial meetings and follow up the enforcement of M.O.M by all parties.
- Participating in Sub-Contracts preparation to insure compliance with project conditions & specs in order to decrease Potential Variation orders.
- Review, evaluate sub-contractor’s variations & issuance of Contracts amendments if required.
- Coordinate with Estimation & Contracts department to provide all project document.
- Coordinate with Finance department to provide project bonds, insurance policies, Interim Payment collections & Payment to Sub-Contractors.
- Coordinate with sites regarding Projects close out procedures, certificates issuance & follow up.
- Arrange Meeting to discuss Contract Clauses to clear ambiguities to reach proper interpretation for Contracts.

Job Description:
A- Tendering Stage
- Preparing Tender Documents (Instruction to Tenderers- General Conditions - Particular conditions).
- Coordinate with other departments to insure proper submission of RFP.
- Replay on Employer / Contractors inquiries regarding Contract document.
- Prepare Technical & Financial Comparison sheets to determines each Contractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements.
- Preparing Take off & BOQs for Design Build & Construction Contracts in and after Tendering Stage.
- Prepare cost estimate for civil and architectural items.
- Preparing Method of Measurement for Civil and Arch Items.
B- Post Contract Stage (Main Contract)
- Review Contractors Variation orders, records & corresponds.
- Provide technical support to Sites and our branches in Gulf Area.
C- Post Contract Stage (Sub-Contracts)
- Preparing RFP for Sub-Contracts Scope. (Invitation letter, draft Contract, commercial conditions & appendixes)
- Receives responses to RFP.
- Prepare Technical & Financial Comparison sheets to determines each subcontractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements.
- Prepare and issue Contracts documents and amendments, including managing construction change orders.
- Provide sites with IPCs & Variation Log Forms, Evaluation sheets & follow up.
1- Executing NPSS Mini Mill for Production of Steel Rebar Al-Ain Al Sokhna including Water Treatment Plants & Electrical sub-station (Turnkey Contract)
Employer: National Port Said Steel (NPSS) Area 289, 000 m2
Engineer: Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche SpA Contract Price: 417 Million EGP.
Job Description:
- Preparing Monthly Interim Payment Certificate.
- Estimate variation orders and work site instructions and follow up.
- Calculate Quantities for the items mentioned in the Main Contract.
- Calculate Quantities for subcontractors and prepare IPC for each sub-contractor / item separately, to monitor and review the work progress.
- Review subcontractors Contracts & enforce Contractual clauses.
- Review subcontractors shop drawings & variation orders.
- Submit material data sheets.
- Preparing weekly& Monthly Quantities reports.
- Coordinate between sections in Technical office.
- Following up the document controlling system.
- Attending Technical and commercial meeting in site with the client and consultant and follow up to proceed the work as per required and agreed.
- Preparing claims document.
- Coordinate with cost control, procurement and planning sections to provide the required data.

Job Description:
- Calculate Quantities for subcontractors and prepare inventory book for each sub-contractor / item separately, to monitor and review the work of the work carried out.
- Supervising Construction on my part on site.
- Liaising between team work due to site priority.
- Make sure the works goes in parallel with Time schedule.
- Review the materials used.
- Preparing site reports.
