My responsibility is Leading continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency within the organization. Lead the development and implementation of business excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Design & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) & business metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Calculate / Measure "ROI" for every all projects, Root cause analysis, and standardization across business units. Collaborate with all teams (production, quality, supply chain, sales, etc.) to implement best practices & process enhancements. Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for top Management.

- تنظيم وتنسيق العمل بين الفروع
- تحفيذ فريق المبيعات ومساعداتهم علي الحصول علي اكبر عملاء ممكنه
- متابعه سير العمل و وتلافي المشاكل التي قد تحدث وتعطل العمل مع رفع كفائه فرق البيع للحصول علي اكبر حصه من السوق
- تدوير الموظفين داخل المنطقه و رفع كفائه الفروع
- مشاركه الاداره العليا في وضع الاستراتيجيات المناسبه للفترات القادمه

Searching about new customer and selling my product to him and follow up with them to supply and install the product.

البحث عن عملاء والتواصل معهم واقناعهم بالمنتج ومتابعتهم الي ان يتم توصيل المنتج اليهم

تلقي طلبات العملاء ومتابعتها الي ان تصلهم
تلقي مشاكل العملاء والعمل علي حلها في اسرع وقت
تلقي ملاحظات العملاء ورفعها للادارة لدراستها

البحث عن عملاء والتواصل معهم واقناعهم بالمنتج ومتابعتهم الي ان يتم التركيب في الموقع للعميل
