My Responsibilities are:
• Overall Pharmacy Management.
• Management of Medication use, Error Reporting, and drug interactions
• Dispensing Medicines, Patient Counselling.

• Coordinating with the doctors for matters related to the prescribing medicines and Non Medicines that need extra attention in sales.
• Keeping track of Patient satisfaction and feedback.
My Responsibilities included
• Over all Pharmacy Management and ensured that all the regulations of the UAE Health Authority are followed.
• Managed Day to Day Pharmacy Activities and Deliberating duties.Duty Scheduling and ensure that enough staff is available in the pharmacy all the time.
• Monitored Staff and ensured they adhered to the policies of the Centre. Ensured that they offer the patients required counselling and perform the assigned duties well.
• Coordinating with doctors and other medical staff to ensure patient safety and satisfaction in line with the company policies.
• Daily Routine checks, floor checks. Checking various Checklists/reports on Medicine consumption, Storage, Expiry-Near expiry, Nonmoving, slow moving item reports.
• Monthly internal Audit check of the Pharmacy making sure that HAAD regulations are strictly implemented and followed in the Pharmacy department
• Procurement & Inventory Control and supplier management
• Pharmacy Budget & Financial Management.
• Keept current with the Medical Insurance updates and e_claiming.
• Coordinated with doctors and othe medical staff involved in Medicine prescribing and use to ensure patient safety, satisfaction in line with the company policies.
• Updating the Management about all matters of the Pharmacy functioning.
Manage the overall Pharmacy Operation,
• Staff Management training and development.
• Staff duty scheduling and make sure that enough staff is available all the time.

• Ensure DHA regulations are implemented and highest levels of medicine safety standards are always followed in the department.
PHARMACY SUPERVISOR :
Supervised pharmacy department and led a team of 17 Pharmacist and Technicians.
