• Supervising and monitoring day to day accounting operations and transactions and transferring all information to account records, ensuring the correctness of all entries.
• Supervising the work of accountants and monitoring daily records and bills.

* reviewing the following transactions:
- Preparation of salaries schedule on a monthly basis
- Drafting of salary cheques and bank letters as appropriate
- Preparation of cheques and disbursement vouchers
• Reviewing the monthly Customer statement of account and the cheque requisition of bank transfers for signature for all principals and customer according to the agreed payment terms
• Following up Accounts Receivables and preparation of ageing reports.
• Preparing monthly income statements and end of year financial statements and supporting schedules for the Auditors (arrange the requirement of auditing like comparisons, approvals and whatever follows that until the preparation of the final draft).
• Participating in budget preparation
