Acted as lead on the implementation and training rollout of a leading edge SAP MM Purchase / Warehouse / SD module and oversaw the programme to align the purchase & logistic controls and processes to the franchise standards; including the retention of all raw material technical data, implementing a traceability system, and launching a quick product recall system and process to ensure achievement of a consistent annual ‘A’ grade rating from the BRC and YUM audit system which complied with the global requirements for leading multinational brands in GCC as well as maintaining compliance against Govt. Authority SFDA /Custom rules and regulations.
