Collection of Reports from Godowns in the district on Daily basis,
segregation of the same and submission of the same to our Head
Office via mail in the first hour of my work on daily basis.
• Drafting of day to day letters in MS-WORD through the
subject notified and dispatch of the same through e-mail to
the concerned after due attestation of the same by the officials.
• Segregation of reports from 26 DEOs working under my
command through WhatsApp group created, and in MS-Excel
format and submission of the same to the District Authorities
and Head Office.
• Attending meeting at Head Office and making self, aware of the
schemes implemented and their completion on TOP PRIORITY .
• Preparation of Salaries of the Office Employees.
• Preparation of MIS Reports, Tour Diary
• Arranging meetings and any preparation of Minutes.
• Any other work entrusted from time to time.
Additional Responsibilities-
• Implementation of Supply Chain Management in the district.
• Training to Data Entry Operators for implementation of the
same.
• Cashier / Record Keeper for a brief period

Incorporating of information relatated to eligible students
for Scholarship in the Government Portal and also
sanctioning of Scholarship to the eligible students.
• Typing letters and regular correspondence.
• Any other work entrusted from time to time.
