Responsibilities: • Provide the necessary technical support to the retail team in the implementation of the fit-out, refurbishments and maintenance of Villa Moda's commercial outlets and
premises. The skills provided include: the design, supervision, pricing and execution of the flagships and multi-brand store through the management of all contractors, suppliers and designers.
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting
engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with the brands representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors,
planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Coordinate with the designer /brands regarding all shop -fitting material in terms of manufacturing, logistics, shipping and all payments to the brands.
• Liaising with the designers & mall management to make sure that the drawings are
applicable to the existing site conditions and the tenant fit out manual requirements.

Responsibilities
• Supervision construction works, site safety, civil inspections and project completion
procedures in the all rented areas.
• Provide support to the Construction Management team during the construction phase of the project with design related and prime contract issues.
• Prepare packages of construction documents, design criteria, permitting documents and rules and regulations for distribution to tenants and design professionals.
• Set up and manage an On-Site Tenant Coordination team who will facilitate and monitor
tenant's construction progress and coordinate with the on-site base building construction
team, their sub-contractors and base building sub-contractors tenants are required to use.

Position: Owner Representative
Project: KOAC Retail Commercial Complex (Life Center)
Cost: US$ 7.2 Million.
Consultant: Bonyan Design.
Key Responsibility: To monitor and control the entire project, especially in terms of technical issues and to provide an overview of the project status to the Owner in all phases. Liaise with the consultant/design
team to achieve the highest achievable standards within the contracts.
Pre-Construction Responsibilities
• Preparing reports with recommendations for the Owner.
• Assist in the preparation and customization of the project kit for standardized forms,
procedures, filing system and administrative procedures to simplify tracking system.
Construction Responsibilities: • Review evaluate & issue V.Os and site work instructions.
• Approve the contractors' as-built drawings and O&M manual submittals.
• Obtain construction close out documentation and as-built and prepare final project
reconciliation.
Tenant Fit-Out: Negotiate and coordinate with local governmental authorities regarding tenant permitting
procedures.

Key Responsibilities: • Worked mainly as assistant to the Sector Engineer and was responsible for completing
50 houses (the total number of houses was 125)
• Generating project resources requirements & analyze quotations for all major activities.
• Following up major activities at site and finding solutions of technical problems.
• Co-ordinate and monitor all health, safety and environment activities to ensure agreed
safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
• Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor. Issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations and Review and evaluate contractor's payments.
• Undertake the review and evaluation of the prepared Plans and report. Provide support to client operations during the project closeout and warranty periods.
