Responsibilities: • Provide the necessary technical support to the retail team in the implementation of the fit-out, refurbishments and maintenance of Villa Moda's commercial outlets and
premises. The skills provided include: the design, supervision, pricing and execution of the flagships and multi-brand store through the management of all contractors, suppliers and designers.
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting
engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with the brands representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors,
planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Coordinate with the designer /brands regarding all shop -fitting material in terms of manufacturing, logistics, shipping and all payments to the brands.
• Liaising with the designers & mall management to make sure that the drawings are
applicable to the existing site conditions and the tenant fit out manual requirements.

• Prepare packages of construction documents, design criteria, permitting documents and rules and regulations for distribution to tenants and design professionals.
• Set up and manage an On-Site Tenant Coordination team who will facilitate and monitor
tenant's construction progress and coordinate with the on-site base building construction
team, their sub-contractors and base building sub-contractors tenants are required to use.
