Senior Maintenance Engineer
- Formulate maintenance procedures to fulfil statutory and insurance requirements, including the extension of existing systems to ensure providing organization services to the end user.
- Managing organization assets (Maintenance).
- Provide “front line” support to the Maintenance group during major problems, facilitating the rapid resolution of such problems and providing follow up co-ordination in the form of RCA’s and improvement programs
- Implementing of Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Identify and report any HSE, quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Ensure the achievement of maintenance plan KPIs.
- Knowledge and understanding of document control, Planned maintenance recording, verification, validation, acceptance activity, to ensure that product, equipment, tools, processes, software, training, services and documentation meet requirements.
- Drive Innovation: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain/improve, efficiency, workplace processes & environmental impacts. Champion continuous improvement. Carrying on FATs and pumping station handing over process.
- Maintain and repair water pumping stations ( Motors, control panels, gear boxes, sensors, and pumps.) Leads and is responsible for the execution of reliability excellence/maintenance program.
- Writes and maintains reliability maintenance strategy documents.
- Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets, typically using Reliability - - - Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
- Managing fleet of critical spares and gathered technical findings during root cause analysis.
- Create coding system for department assets with electronic version of QR code.
- PLC programing and modifications.
- Occupational health and safety (HSE Specialist).
- Achieving and planning preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
- Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
- Design and draw needed spare parts for machining at external workshop.
- Ensure optimum equipment availability and economical maintenance cost.
- Responsible for cost saving by time and material management.
- Setup training for all teamwork members.
- Reviewing drawing and document received from mold makers to meet our requirements.
- Modifying of fiber cutting machine to cut medical plaster with extra efficiency of 70%.
- Ensure that designate buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purposed and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
- Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan.
- Support other teams and functions as required by the business.
- Calibration of thermal ovens, incubators liquid bathes and other thermal instruments.
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the company.
- ISO 9001, 9002, 14001 and OHSA Implementation.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of factory processes and technology.
- Achieving yearly, monthly and daily preventive maintenance plans.
- Direct Utilities Maintenance (Compressors - boilers - Chillers - air handling units).
- Servicing Thermal Ink Jet printers(TIJ) M/C(PROface).
Continues Ink jet Printers (CIJ) maintenance (IMAJE, Hitachi & DOMINO and watershed).
- Plastic Injection machines hardware and software inspection and maintenance (DEMAG &SANDRETTO &
FCS & BOY).
- Plastic Extrusion machines maintenance (TPV and BRABOR).
