Responsibilities:
• Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
• Negotiation with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality.
• Reviewing technical specifications for materials, components, equipment, or buildings and to study and analyze the diference in the Quotations with the help of Bid tabulations.
• Determining quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Consult with engineering personal to establish performance criteria and specification for determine the appropriate supplier.
• Preparing the Material Purchase order for the prominent suppliers and follow up their delivery process from different part around the globe.
• Preparing Subcontract agreement in accordance to comply policies and procedures.
• Verifying received material as per the client approved material.
• knowledge about customized software E-promise (Currently Working)
• Investigate potential suppliers and recommend those most desirable.
• Updating the Supplier registration.
• Preparing material submittal for client approval.
• Preparing Spare Parts Interchangeability records (SPIR).
Location : Hyderabad, India. Position : Purchasing in-charge Start Date : April - 2010 End Date: August - 2013
Responsibilities:
• Issuing Enquires to support as per the requisition received.
• Analyzing all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiation with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality.
• Following with the suppliers for on-time delivery of materials.
• Preparing weekly/monthly report.
• Handling/filling and Documentation.
• Verifying received material as per the client approved material.
